HOW WE WORK

Safety

All employees receive comprehensive safety training before beginning work, ensuring they are well-prepared to handle job-specific hazards and comply with operational protocols. This training includes the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), identification of potential risks, emergency response procedures, and safe operation of chainsaws and other equipment essential to forestry work.

Controlled Burning Program

One distinctive aspect of CRW’s approach is our controlled burning program. Our crews are not only trained in the technical aspects of building piles, but they also take responsibility for burning the piles they’ve built when possible. As a result, they have a personal interest in the quality of piling to optimize the burning process.
